"Vi (mor, far og søn) fik på forhånd en mail og fortalte om tidspunktet af vores ankomst. Luca var meget hjælpsom og imødekommende, og der er absolut intet at udsætte på servicen. Vi blev dog skuffet over vores lejlighed på øverste sal, fordi alle vinduer sad under øjenhøjde eller højt oppe i taget. De følte derfor virkelig, at man var gået i kloster. "Very nice hotel next to the train station. Very convenient if you need to take a day trip to Venice or lake Garda. All staff is very friendly and helpful. We got a lot of good advices about the area from the service deck staff, also hotel is offering breakfast for an extra charge and you can purchase coffee/tea/etc. "
