"We had a great experience at this ryokan! They picked us up from the train station and upon arrival at the hotel, a staff member discussed the amenities, use of the onsen and will answer any questions. The ryokan has a small outdoor onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast and 12 course dinner are included in the room rate. Overall a wonderful stay."

" The hotel environment is absolutely extraordinary! Staff are nice and warm. The 2 included meals are delicious. The location is not at a convenient spot however there are shuttle services. If there is any imperfection, I would say the breakfast cafe seems a bit too crowded. I mean, the table arrangement is quite busy "

"The Onsen were wonderful. And on the whole, this ryokan felt very nice. However, we would NOT recommend eating there. The dinner was very expensive and very poor quality. The tempura was old and had been cooked 2 or 3 days ago. Each dish was pretty vile. Also there was a family in the room above ours with extremely noisy children and we could hear everything. "Clean and cmfortable rooms, bathroom and showers close by. Mats were thick enough to be comfortable, while still giving an authentic Japanese experience. Not much in the immediate area, but great park and restaurants were a 15 to 30 minute walk. Desk person seemed a bit brisk, but not rude."

"100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. "
