"We came back the first day and one of the two beds were made. Apparently if you leave anything on the bed, they won't make it. I leave all my personal items in the room and trust that the cleaning staff won't do anything with it but they couldn't remove something from my bed to make it. They also didn't take any empty bottles that were left on the desk/dresser. They didn't take anything if it wasn't in the recycling or garbage even though it was clearly empty and for garbage. The last day, we didn't get coffee in the room. Overall, most of the staff was good but less than impressed by housekeeping. Pool was cold. Hot tub jets didn't really work. The place needs a major update. The walls/ceiling are thin. The guests above us were making all sorts of racket at 0630 two of the three mornings. The beds however, very comfy...."
