"Absolutely amazing and totally recommended. The house is clean, traditional in one way so we can really experience traditional living in Korean’s house but also modern bath room. The kitchen is complete and the host provided food / breakfast which is very helpful. It is so close to palace so we can enjoy all traditional things around here. "Check in and out process was easy and quick. The rooms are spacious and clean. The house keepers come daily to clean if you would like. There is a breakfast buffet available for an affordable fee if you'd like but there are lots of shops, bakerys, and cafes in short walking distance from the hotel. The area around the hotel is extremely safe. There are plenty of shops for souvenir shopping, delicious restaurants, unique cafes, and plenty to explore. I've stayed at this property multiple times and each time i am impressed by the impeccable service! "

"Quiet at night. Felt very safe walking around alone. Lots of tourists during the day for Bukchon village and Changdeokgung palace so plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. 5 mins walk from Anguk metro station. In fact I got all the way there on public transport from Incheon Airport. Staff were lovely especially Teresa who has excellent English. The room was very clean, tidy and well maintained. It is very small though. As I am a single traveller that was ok but no wardrobe or storage space really. Kettle, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap all provided. Breakfast was very basic - toast, cereal, noodles, coffee. It was also a bit tricky to find as it is tucked away behind the shops on the main street."

"Front staff was very helpful! Very close to the subway station. Therefore easy access to the various attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. There was a bun place less than 1 minute away that offered steamed buns. Very reasonably priced for a quick bite."
