"It felt safe in the area, it was convenient for transportation and dining facilities. Lots of underground dining place and shopping facilities inside of the Kyoto Station! Love the hotel’s amenities as well and their overall service."

"This hotel is conveniently located above a busy train station,and we found that easy to get around. The Osaka Loop line is a very busy train line though, so navigating that with luggage was a struggle. However, this hotel suited us really well - with a 4 bed room, and the toilet and shower room were separate (important for families!). The beds were the most comfortable beds on our Japan trip, and the views from the room were great! "

Excellent stay, great value

"The hotel is excellent, the staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast that's included is really good, offering something for everyone. We loved the bathhouse in the basement also, it's very clean and relaxing. The hotel is perfect except for the pillows! Some slightly smaller or flatter ones are needed the ones there were a bit big for our personal preference. The room was very well equipped otherwise."
