Clean room. Helpful staff. Great hot tub

The place was spotless, very comfortable and in a great location. The owner was an ama ing host. I highly recommend this place.

We got a lovely room (the one they use in the photograph) and were warmly greeting by Maria Teresa, the lady who manages the property. The location is TOPS, and the apartment wasn't too noisy, and spacious. The building is a bit grungy to get into and upstairs, but we got used to that. It is actually a part of the gorgeous antique "galleria" in the middle of Napoli, opposite the San Carlo Opera House. One of the best stays we have had ever. Hotel is discrete but easy to find, staff was very pleasant, helpful and kid friendly, our room was clean, spacious and had beautiful views from the balconies, breakfast was fresh and delicious! We would go back in a heart beat!

A newly opened hotel - Steps from all the action! Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples! The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was especially good, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Very interesting apartment with very modern furnishings. We loved it. The place had everything we needed, including a fridge and coffee maker. Check-in was done completely virtually, which was also unusual, but went perfectly. The host even arranged a taxi to the airport for us for the next morning. We found the location to be convenient also. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Naples.

The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic.

This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all. Finding the hotel via car is virtually impossible because- 1. GPS/Apple maps/Google maps don't work in...

The room was really lovely! I felt safe. It was near shopping and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops.

Lovely place to stay. In the middle of the historic district so everything is very walkable. Barbara, who owns and runs the place, is a very nice woman with helpful tips and over all its very hospitable. The building is old so you can hear everything. Bring some earplugs for sleeping and you'll love this place. Modern, big, comfy rooms. We would definitely stay here again
