"Lovely friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. I only ate in the hotel the once during my stay, but the food and room service I had was very good. The location is great - a short walk away from the excellent Broughton Inn and a whole load of other eating and drinking places. Would definitely stay again."

The staff located it and put it somewhere safe until we got Royal Mail sorted to do a pick up. Very happy with the service. All staff friendly and helpful "
