"We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property. The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room. We would stay there again."

"We were given a very warm welcome, spotless comfortable room (we stayed in the Burgundy room), beautiful and plentiful home-cooked breakfast and charming fellow guests. You really can't beat the location and sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch was such a bonus. We will definitely stay here again"
