"Beautiful B&B on the Matanzas River just south of the historic district of St Augustine. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and historic sites. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. In the afternoon there was a nice happy hour. We sat on the porch overlooking the water with our wine and delicious appetizers. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended."

"What a great find! Location is perfect - you're a couple minutes walk to the main historic area filled with attractions, shopping and bars/food - but not so close, which translates to a good nice sleep and a nice quiet breakfast on the porch. The breakfast was outstanding. The wine and sodas flow freely. The room we were in (Silver Cottage) was fabulous (husband said best night sleep in forever, so comfortable). And the staff absolutely top notch. And really - for the price, a great value....

"First visit ever to St. Augustine Beach and we will be back. Perfect size condo for our family (6 adults and 2 kids - 3 & 8). Very well maintained grounds at Ocean Villas and the condo looks to have been recently upgraded. Locals said our timing was perfect as the crowds and traffic will pick up. We had zero hassles. 2nd floor unit was steps from the elevator and we easily transitioned chairs, umbrellas and coolers/snacks to the beach. Of the two pools, our youngest really enjoyed the zero depth...

"A very cozy B&B with great staff and wonderful amenities. The afternoon social hour with appetizers is a very nice touch to include a lovely pastry for later in the evening. While located in the historic district you are not in center thus avoiding some of the late-night live entertainment that could interfere with your sleep. Our car stayed parked during our entire stay."

"Wonderful stay to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary and first visit to St. Augustine! We loved the breakfast, Happy Hour, and texts to keep us informed and to contact the B&B if needed. The location was perfect for visiting historical things. We hope to return next year; there's more we'd like to see and do."
