"Great hotel in perfect location "

"Both the hotel and the staff were fantastic. We staying in room 212, we were upgraded to this on our arrival. The room was stunning, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had fantastic pressure and heat. We had breakfast at the hotel each day we stayed, there was a wide range in the buffet and we could request fresh omelettes. The only critique is that it would be helpful to know what could be requested beyond what was available at the buffet. The gentleman that appeared to be senior dining room staff was excellent, bringing us tea and coffee without us even thinking to ask while we were sat on the outside patio. There are lots of dinner options right nearby. There was ongoing works at the hotel, but these weren’t intrusive and were barely noticed. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to others. I was hesitant about a cave hotel as I was worried there would be damp and/or spiders, but there was none of this at all. This was a honeymoon trip, and we were welcomed with balloons, rose petals and wine in the room. "

"The hotel is in a great location walking distance to almost every attraction . The service is very good breakfast is excellent and the view from the rooftop unbelievable. "Some people say a hotel is just a room to lay your head at night. Sometimes this is true but not with the Legacy Ottoman Hotel. The hotel - the staff were wonderful. Fro the moment I booked the room they went out of their way to ensure that my stay with them was perfect and trouble free. They arranged for a car to take me from the airport to the hotel and back again. And during my whole stay - the front desk, the security, the kitchen staff, the bar staff - they were all exceptional. And it’s the staff who make a hotel. The room was wonderful. Very well appointed and always well maintained in my absence. The breakfast was both well presented and plentiful. I was pleased with the hotels location too as this was my first time in Istanbul, I wanted to stay in the heart of the city. All in all this is a wonderful hotel and I would happily stay there again. And I will stay there again one day."

"Very nice hotel 5 minutes walking distance to Mosque Sophia in the corner that T1 takes you to GalatAport very nice to see and other destinations like Taksim. Extremely safe Area Istanbul is crime free. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop where you have breakfast and is also a great restaurant. Highly recommend."
