"The front desk and overall staff were excellent—very welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions. If I had to nitpick, the rooftop restaurant staff in the evening felt somewhat judgmental, which was a contrast to the breakfast team who were young, friendly, and warm. It would be nice to have that same positive energy during the evening as well. Still, I would definitely come back and stay here again. I’d rate this hotel a 10/10."

"Great hotel in perfect location "

"Some people say a hotel is just a room to lay your head at night. Sometimes this is true but not with the Legacy Ottoman Hotel. The hotel - the staff were wonderful. Fro the moment I booked the room they went out of their way to ensure that my stay with them was perfect and trouble free. They arranged for a car to take me from the airport to the hotel and back again. And during my whole stay - the front desk, the security, the kitchen staff, the bar staff - they were all exceptional. And it’s the staff who make a hotel. The room was wonderful. Very well appointed and always well maintained in my absence. The breakfast was both well presented and plentiful. I was pleased with the hotels location too as this was my first time in Istanbul, I wanted to stay in the heart of the city. All in all this is a wonderful hotel and I would happily stay there again. And I will stay there again one day."
