When we arrived our luggage was taken and never showed up to our room for over 2 hours, multiple calls to have it resolved, because of the time change and jet lag it was a little annoying when we juts wanted to shower and head to bed. "the property was perfect, we just faced a problem that room services keep pushing the doors in the morning and that was noisy and distruptive, also the cups were not cleaned well and had lipstick on them (twice). other than that the location is great for shopping and dining."

"Most of all I liked the staff at this hotel. Very professional, helpful, nice and courteous. Hotel lobby wasn't very well designed to spend time at. There is not much to do around the hotel and one should walk about 20 minutes to reach some good locations. There is a mall very close to the hotel that can be helpful in case of emergency needs or shopping for leaisure."
