Having unlimited ramen and ice cream at night was a cherry on the top. We loved onsen baths which were extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting Kyoto. "our first room was a box and the bathroom was so tiny but we complained and were upgraded to a really nice room with a wonderful bath outside, shower outside too! our room looked out onto lake biwa you really need to be into authentic Japanese food for the dinners. the staff treats you like royalty they have a shuttle to the train station which is awesome "

"Its very near to Kyoto station. They have airport shuttle which is very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite, thank you! Breakfast is on a revolving restaurant (fancy!) Use of pool and gym has extra fee (clean water). We enjoyed our stay overall! "
