The hotel is family-run, and the staff were all sweet, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was great too! One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to your room if you're staying on the second floor."

"Pine Trees is a fantastic hotel. Our bedroom was lovely - decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Huge bathroom with large shower and huge stand alone bath. There is a pantry area on the landing with snacks, fresh milk and water. A really nice touch. We had a bar meal and some drinks. Both were excellent and staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, a couple of things let it down. Otherwise a great stay."
