"Many pools, courteous staff, ample beach lounges, entertainment, and a good variety of restaurants were only part of the greatness of our trip. I would be remiss to not mention the great photography team located in one of the gift shops. We had three photo sessions that resulted in advertising quality photos. So much fun."

A few people especially stood out to us: Angel (Entertainment): Fun, so sweet, and incredibly talented at everything he did. He made us feel so welcome—we absolutely loved him. Oscar (Concierge): Truly an angel! He went above and beyond to take care of us, and it’s clear he loves what he does. Cesar (Market Place): Fantastic service and always so attentive. Juan (Pool Server): Made sure we never went without and kept everything perfect by the pool. Jonathan (Bartender): Hilarious and made our experience at the bar so fun. Jonathan (Entertainment): So sweet and helpful—we really appreciated his warmth. Javier (Preferred Bar): So nice, offered us tequila samples, crafted amazing drinks, and was such a pleasure to talk to. Our stay was blissful. The food was consistently delicious, the drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the pools and property were so clean and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"Just got back today, might i say it was beyond my expectation! Had an amazing time, food was great, so many options available, amazing sweet & friendly staff who want to make sure you’re beyond happy & comfortable!! such a beautiful & clean resort, they had a tracker out on the beach every morning cleaning the seaweed, they also were non stop cleaning in general all around the resort which i loved, i also witnissed the staff testing the pools which caught me off guard but made me feel even more comfortable seeing how precise they were. It is a very family friendly place if you wanted to make it a family vacation as well as a quiet & private get away you can spend a romantic time away with your loved one! Definitely worth every star! We booked the two tower room, my absolute favorite room!!! "
