"Boutique little hotel with lots of history and character. Quiet and great location about 10-15 min from multiple beaches. Across the street is a fantastic bakery with good coffee as well as a little general store with a decent amount of snacks, wine, beer beach toys and other odds and ends. "Absolutely beautiful location - so remote, but only 30 minutes to San Rafael or Pt. Reyes. The road is indeed steep, but directions were easy to follow and it is well marked and maintained. Fabulous spot for people who enjoy the outdoors and walking/hiking."

"Really nice accommodations set in the middle of one of our favorite locations. The space amazingly fit the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and was plenty warm on a cold night. We only stayed the one night, but it would be fun to stay three or four nights there and really settle in and enjoy Point Reyes for an extended period of time."
