Excellent beautiful property Staff extremely nice

I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

We loved our three night stay at Memoria Porto. The staff treated us like royalty and our room overlooked the Douro River. One tip, we can offer is to take the # 500 bus to the coast and pay a lot less for authentic Portugese food, wine, and beer. We will definitely be back. The morning breakfast was filling and delightful.

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We are very pleased with our stay in this aparto hotel, excellent hospitality and customer service. Spacious studio with a terrace and a very nice city view. They pay attention to details. We came to Porto to celebrate my birthday and the staff sent me a card with my name on it and chocolates! What a beautiful surprise! Thank you for making my day very special!

A delightful boutique hotel in central Porto. The most wonderful beds! Extremely attentive and courteous staff.

My husband and I stayed there for our 2nd anniversary after a few days on the Porto side as we were touring a few port lodges. I can't say better things about this hotel - the people (especially Tiago) were warm and friendly, and they event treated us to complimentary drinks at the bar since our room wasn't ready upon arrival. A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

The staff was exceptionally nice, perfect location. Everything in Porto was a 10-15 minute walk. Quiet at night in our room. The shower has amazing water pressure. Will be back when in Porto.

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.
