"We need to wait long for the staff to deliver the toilet paper, and we couldn’t use the swimming pool (has to be booked before arrival). Other thing is we couldn’t walk easily to the waterfront or going to where the restaurant/shops were, we have to call Uber every time and walk to the road from the hotel to wait for our Uber to pick us up. The hotel is great only if you have a car. Hotel was nice, clean and we enjoyed the view of Porto from our balcony, food was great too."

"Everything is good unless we don’t know the spa pool has to extra pay for every time and the kids cannot enter the spa pool after 4pm. Other than that, everything is excellent"

"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, making it perfect for exploring both sides of the river and getting around easily. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and decorated to a very high standard. Every detail felt well considered, creating a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm hospitality really added to the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. A beautiful hotel in a great location with excellent staff!"

"The swimming pool was under renovation for the entire stay of 1 week, with the alternative offered being too far. The purpose of reserving a hotel with a pool while traveling with kids, was pointless. Unfortunately, no refund was provided either."

"Great location, enjoyed the south side of Porto. Simple kitchen, balcony you could not sit on. Pool nice feature very small. Beautiful view from roof top. Great host and good communication. We stay again."

"The staff were fantastic! The food was freshly cooked and the views from the lobby were great! The vibe and aesthetic of the hotel are great! Location can be beat. Easy to walk everywhere! The ONLY tough part were the stairs to the lobby. Be aware of that before booking. That being said the staff were kind enough to help us with our very heavy luggage."
