"Excellent staff service. Staff was professional, proactive, and amicable. Excellent view from property. The rooms can use upgrades, specifically, the bathrooms. Tiles appear dirty and I do not believe it to be staff negligence. The property is old and it is noticeable in the shower and faucets."

"what I didn't like was the fact that you needed to take the elevator to the pool area. the winding stairs which leads you to the out door pool or back in side the hotel was closed due to the rain. I have claustrophobia. In case of an emergency stair well should always be available. "
