We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!

Great place for a great price. 10 minute walk from train station. Good neighborhood and easy access to all sights. Hint - Tommaso is getting an art history degree. If he provides unsolicited advice on where to go - take advantage of it.

Great location, clean, plenty of room, large bathroom and shower, separate bedroom, 2 smart TVs, 4 chair dining table, 2 sofas (1 size of twin bed) lots of storage, thick walls, good security system, nice kitchen with accessories, quiet except for neighbors heavy door closing, convenient trash bins on entry floor. Slight negatives were no real window view, a couple blocks further out from active street, and hot water for 3 may be limited.

Brand new hotel, varied and plentiful breakfast on the terrace. Beautiful room with lots of amenities and brand new bathroom. Very central location, just a couple of steps from the Trevi Fountains and Spanish Steps. Very friendly and organized staff. Will be back next time for sure.

I have been traveling throughout Europe for many, many years and stayed at dozens of different hotels, B&B's and similar lodgings. I can say that Villa Spalletti is my number one hotel not just in Italy, but maybe all of Europe. Yes, it is expensive, so if you're looking for a budget place to lay your head, look elsewhere. Harry, who works at reception was awesome and accommodating. He gave us a map of Rome with explanations of transportation options and recommendations for walkable restaurants. All of which were delicious and authentic. The hotel helped setup taxi from the airport to the hotel on arrival and also from the hotel to the cruise port in Civitavecchia on checkout day. I will definitely stay at this excellent hotel again but I have two suggestions for other guests staying at this hotel: Bring good earplugs; the hallway can be rather noisy in the morning, which is a problem if you want to sleep in. Also, it seems that some rooms are over streets and other rooms are over a courtyard; if you have a problem with street noise at night, contact the hotel management and ask... the management is wonderful and will make sure you have a comfortable stay.

The hotel Donna Francesca shares a building with other hotel companies. I believe each company has their own floor if I’m not mistaken. Hotel Donna Francesca was on the fourth floor. The hotel stay experience was great, the Expedia booking and payment process was not. What was not pleasant and very much unexpected were additional fees tendered by the hotel for multiple occupants. We had a great couple of nights at Rome Life Hotel. Quiet yet beautifully located in Monti. Nice bar, fantastic breakfast and neighborhood restaurants abound. Recommended!

The hotel is located in a great area close to all the tourists spots. If you look down the street you will see the colosseum, which was cool to see! I also appreciated them allowing our luggage to be stored as we explored city! Thank you.
