"The airport shuttle did not takee to the airport as requested before I booked the room. I was not happy with their service. I booked the room based on airport shuttle. That was not good. "

"Check in went very smoothly and the desk clerk was very nice. Everyone we dealt with at the desk were very nice, and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn't get to try out the pool or hot tub due to time constraints, but other people were in there so I am guessing it worked just fine. There is some street noise, but it is right next to the interstate so that is to be expected. I would stay here again!"

"Property needs a lot of repairs and cleaning. The place is rundown. The door to our room was falling apart and had a 2in gap under the door. Would not recommend ."

"Overnight stay, they charge $5 parking. I was surprised but that’s alright, it was subtracted from the deposit. Big desk/table and tv was good. Fridge was nice and cold. No problems"

"The outside/ area to get to the place might look sketchy, but my room was just fine. Parking is a bit crowded, wasn’t sure if I’d have a good spot. Was glad to have a first floor option. The lock to the door was 100% no chance someone else could get in without the keycard. Loved that. Bed was huge, ac was good, decent sized tv and big fridge for a longer stay. Shower was interesting in the corner, it is opened faced and the shower faces funny I thought the curtain wouldn’t cut it but it did! Great for my overnight stay and I will save it for my next trip in ABQ"

"Breakfast was good. They kept it well stocked and didn't run out of things (or stop putting them out) when it got close to the end time. Room itself, overall, was fine. Asked for a top floor room, so it'd be quiet and was next door to a VERY loud family with small kids and across the hall from someone with a dog! Stayed for 3 days & it never got better. Was going to ask to be moved, but figured I wouldn't have much luck if I did, given that I'd asked at check-in for a quiet location. Outer door lock didn't function properly, so I had to go all the way around to enter the building and get to my room, rather than access it right through the outer door near my room. Signage that said they'd only service your room if you asked them by a certain time each day (regardless of how many days you stayed), was so small I didn't even see it until my second day there! Overall, I expected more, especially given the price point."
