"I had a great experience at Occidental Xcaret hotelLlthe park is within walking distance, great food ans plenty of variety, you need to try Pacos Tacos they are delicious. The private beach its perfect for the kids and you don't have to worry at all about the seaweed, theres a barrier that keeps it from getting in. The wild animals are the best, monkeys, iguanas etc, the perfect place for families."

"Every single interaction with staff was a great experience! Having other resort access was also a huge plus. Spent most days at the infinity pool where we always had great service & great view. The spa was another great spot- sports complex, massages, health bar, gym, lazy river, and health circuit which includes dry and wet saunas, cold plunge, hot tubs etc. I wish the food was a little better it was a hit or miss but what you expect at resorts. Also, I wish the beach and ocean were accessible but due to the seaweed it was not (seasonal and not the resorts fault). I would suggest this resort for people who aren’t looking for a party resort. Plenty of activities for active people though."

"Our experience at Grand Sirenis exceeded our expectations. I’ve been to other resorts in the past but Grand Sirenis has set the bar high. Starting with the second we arrived, we were met with amazing hospitality and service by all the staff. We felt spoiled! Adan and Alfred were extremely helpful throughout our stay and made sure we were always taken care of and answered any questions we had. Adan even went out of his way to make a dinner reservation on our first night. During the days/times Adan wasn’t available, Juan stepped in and checked on us multiple times. The two concierge for our room section ( and ) made sure we had everything we need, assisted us with shuttles, and general questions about the resort. Amazing staff, beautiful property, fun activities, and all the food options were so much better than I was expecting. We will be back here in the future!!"
