"Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay."

"This is a great resort for families. It has 4 beautiful pools and it's on the beach. You have the options of 5 restaurant along with all you can eat brunch for breakfast and lunch plus snacks all day. There is a movie theater, live entertainment, ziplining for kids and so much more. The staff was kind and courteous. Thank you Sandy, Eva, Silviano, Hever and Arturo for an amazing stay."

"The staff was wonderful but the resort itself was poorly run. The resort is advertised as a vip resort. We didn’t receive anything for being vip platinum Expedia members. In fact the reception desk acted like they have never even heard of Expedia vip. I had to show them on my phone. The kids were only allowed to eat in one restaurant. There was a $10 charge for room service even through their website states $5. The air conditioning hardly worked. I called about it the first night and waited 2hrs...

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"SUCH A CUTE PLACE. Clean, has AC, lovely staff, amazing location- close to everything, very good pricing, has WiFi, has parking. No complaints! Will definitely come back here again. Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend."
