"If you are sensitive to smells, you need to know that the restaurant is open to the lobby. I am sensitive to smells, but thankfully, curry doesn't bother me too much. The food looked delicious, but we were too full from park foods to try it. That being said, the hotel was beautiful and had a great vibe.We didn't get to visit the rooftop pool and bar, but it looked like a good time. Negatives would be the limited parking due to the restaurant and bar visitors. Parking is free though. Also, there is no dresser or drawers for clothing. There is a small closet, but we still had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. "

"Staff are amazing. The grounds are beautiful. The food options are meh, especially compared to other Universal resorts. And be careful when paying for room upgrades. We paid extra for a pool view, well you could see it if you flatten your face to the window and look sideways, not what I expected, especially after having real pool views at other resorts. We asked for a move, told they were fully booked. So buyer beware. "
