"I made a mistake on the date of the reservation and when I went personally to try and fix it. Nobody wanted to help me. "

"The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. The shelf in bathroom already fell over when I got there and they were missing some metal stuff to put in there to keep it from tipping over, so it was hard to find the blow dryer for my hair which I don't use except I'm in a hotel just because it's already there and the shower gel were all very nice and high quality. I appreciated all of them."

"So I booked a Tower Room and was given a room in a different building which was fine. The bathrooms could use some work for sure but the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room is clean, but like I waid the bathrooms could use a renovation. My biggest issue and it is what led me to leave the rating I did, is that there were people hanging outside of both entrances of the hotel when I came in and out of my room and some guys were in the hallway having a loud conversation well after "Quiet Time" was supposed to have started.
