"I never write reviews ever, but when I tell you this was the most sketch hotel I’ve stayed in before. Don’t let the pictures fool you, the room baseboard was super dirty. The bedsheets had dark spots on them and were dirty. The worst part was seeing a bug run from underneath the bed behind the counter. I didn’t read the reviews before I got the hotel which I totally regret because I saw people leave reviews after and even said they saw roaches before. It was disappointing that I couldn’t get a refund, once I saw that bug I packed my stuff and slept in my truck at least I knew it was more clean in there. Also saw what looks like bullet holes in the wall. PLZ AVOID THIS PLACE"

"Check in staff were great. Check out staff need more training on how to respond to inquiries like how do I get to the parking garage. Confusing building layout with multiple elevators and no signage in the actual elevator as to push B for parking. A janitor and I managed to piece together a solution between my rusty Spanish and his desire to help me get to my car. Update the half sheet of instructions explaining breakfast pool and wifi with even 1 line on which elevator to take to get to your car."

"The room had a weird layout. It was like they took a conference room and made it into a handicapped room. I have mobility issues due to arthritis but had I been in a wheelchair there is no way I could have gotten into the advertised "roll-in" shower. The freeway side is incredibly loud."

"Parking was safe and easy to find. The staff overall was friendly and helpful. The suites are very spacious!"

"Great suggestions from hotel staff about some great restaurants and the San Luis Obispo Thursday evening Farmers' Market, within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Also, it is possible to walk from the Amtrak station to the hotel, about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace."
