"This was a great stay. Check-in was easy and quick. The rooms were clean and came with very nice toiletries. We really liked how extensive the lock systems were on both the entrance to the room and the sliding room door into the balcony. It definitely made us feel more secure! The breakfast, though, was not the best. There were plenty of options, but the omelettes were very bland and the sausage was a little overcooked, as well as the biscuits. "This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "
