"Stayed for 3 nights here. Staff was very friendly and room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and it was convenient to downtown and Amphitheater for our concerts. I would definitely stay here again. "

"What's not to like about this property? It's close to the Lightner Museum and the hop-on hop-off trolley, making getting to all the popular attractions a breeze. The Victorian style of this Inn is a tribute to the past, with modern touches. And the STAFF. Second to none. Shasha made our stay memorable with her hospitality. I can't say enough about Cedar House Inn. Highly recommend it. "

"Husband and I have stayed in various B&Bs in St. Augustine. This was our first stay with Carriage Way but it will return.
Our room was in the Centennial House across the street but didn't seem neglected at all.
Though we do not drink wine, to see it along with soda and bottled water offered freely was unexpected.
We did not take advantage of the provided games nor the dining table but did enjoy morning coffee on the sun porch before strolling around town.

"This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and Casa sw Sueños did not disappoint. It was a truly wonderful experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The location is excellent, you are close to everything but far enough to be a serene stay. One of the highlights was sitting down to breakfast with other guests — it was such a unique and enjoyable way to start the day. "All staff members that we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance from all the historic sites and multiple trolley stops are near by. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. My only recommendation would be sturdier chairs for the table in the room, they felt shaky. I would definitely book another stay."

"The Inn was very clean and the room was comfy. The view of the bay was just perfect. Walk over the Lions Bridge to the heart of St. Augustine was great. The breakfast and the happy hour was a plus. Loved everything about our stay! Will definitely be back!"

"Fantastic, authentic property. Pat made us feel welcome from the first minute. Cookies and wine, fantastic gourmet breakfast and lovely pool. Spacious room in a gorgeous period property.
