"What I really liked about this area was how convenient it was—just a short walk from the train station, with everything we needed close by. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us a detailed map with suggestions on things to do and how far everything was. When I walked into my room, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The only downside was that one of my towels wasn't clean, but honestly, that was a minor issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Spacious room. Great staff, nice upscale hotel. It's a bit far from the city center and not a lot of dining options right by the hotel. Need to walk to get to better choices. About 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio bridge, and about the same to the Duomo to give a better idea of location. If you don't mind the location I would definitely recommend a stay here"
