"The hotel is nice and clean. For some reason I thought I purchased a view bit to my surprise I didn’t there were other apartments in view which was on as I didn’t stay in my hotel only for sleeping.the hotel is close to the bus station but the metro tube is not close but doable with large suitcase (use the lift/elevator) to transport. "

"Room was lovely but didn’t like the stairs. Aircon wasn’t working ; we were offered another room but decided to stay because there was an electric fan "

"A great value for this area in London. Service was decent, delivered via Whatsapp messages. The property looks good, with a few little things that needed attention when I was there (awning in front had a broken corner, some of the drinking glasses in the cabinet were soiled, my safe needed new batteries) but the location is super convenient, staff is friendly and the kitchenette was handy. I would stay here again if I have another event in this area."

"We had the Superior Room with Kingsize Bed and it was fantastic! Free minibar, bathroom with floor heating and very spacious. Personel was friendly and accomodating. Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station. I hope London finds a way to help them. Overall a great hotel and lovely experience, I would really recommend this hotel."

"Nothing can beat the location for the price. Near 2 tube stations and we were able to get anywhere we needed. We were in the renovated area and it was done very well. Of course in central London all of the rooms are small, that being said, there was good use of space. Took my Mom and we had 2 twin beds. Nice linens and mattress. Did need a luggage rack in the room. "

"Enjoyed our stay, but the choice of using frosted glass for the walls and doors to the toilet and shower is an odd one. Though you can't see detail there is no hiding what you are doing."

"Spotlessly clean, extra touches re toiletries much appreciated, comfortable bed, would have liked pillows of different firmness, and a coffee maker would have made the room ideal, but overall very happy with our spacious & quiet room. Good to have separate bath and shower, and quality linen in bed. Enjoyed cocktails in the bar. Food OK in the evening, service attentive, but not destination dining. Would book again"
