"The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it."

"Needs blinds in both bathroom and kitchen also shower curtain. Non slip mat in bath would be helpful as would a printed information page ie parking and heating instructions. Guttering outside lounge needs checking as overflowing. Otherwise clean and nice place to stay."

"Good communication with the owner. Toiletries, towels,tea, coffee and kettle provided. Had a minor glitch with nerflix but the owner tried to fix patiently. Ordering take away is easy- peasy.."
