The hotel is quite big but still feels intimate. I loved the onsen, the Westin Club, and the other restaurants and bars. There are also convenience stores and a metro station on site, so it’s very handy. The staff is fantastic — thank you all. "Nice quiet spot off the main road in Sanjo. Very close to Gion for nice night walks. Really close to the station to go to Fushimi Inari, etc. Staff was very helpful during check in but also helped us ship our bags. Three of us stayed in the premium triple room, and it was more spacious than I had anticipated! Very comfortable and quiet stay and was able to do laundry as well. For the location and comfort I would definitely stay again. "
