The biting bugs seem to come from the sofas rather than the beds and using local soap etc appears to help. Maybe keep Claudio on a leash 🙄藍. Once you park at Lumbi (fee for parking) and take free bus to Taormina, walk through the stone arch (Porta Messina) onto the main street and continue until you see Hotel Victoria (green sign, yellow printing) on your right. "

"Gorgeous setting, the seaside views were amazing. Property is very nice and well maintained. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Driving and parking in the Taromina area is very stressful, avoid renting a car if possible."
