"Excellent place to stay. Very beautiful! Easy access to Taormina center via cable car. Other guests were complaining about train to be very loud. We stayed on the 6th floor and could hear it passing by, but it didn’t bother us at all. Very very beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended."

"My husband and I stayed at Belmond Santa Andrea in Taormina to celebrate my birthday. The property is in a prime location, beautiful views throughout. Room service is amazing, restaurants are ok. Staff is friendly, some are a little serious/ pretentious. Rooms are outdated and restrooms are in desperate need of a renovation. There is mold in the shower’s. "The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. The young lady at reception called the owner and the next day they gave us a better room with everything working. She even moved our bags she was very nice. We asked for two extra...
