"This is a great hotel, very nice and clean, good location close to tube. Unfortunately the outlets on a few of the bunk beds didn’t work. "

"We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic. Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange. If you arrive early you pay additional fees, if you don’t pay them and prefer to leave your luggage, you pay additional fees. Check out time is also early, I think they said 10am. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Location is good."
