"Unfortunately I got sick and I threw up in my bathroom on day 2 of my stay. Not a big mess but some missed the toilet. Thought the maid would clean everything the next day…. but no…. as a test I didn’t say anything…. and day after day after day…. never cleaned…. yet the sink and shower was cleaned and new towels provided daily. Not good."

"The hotel has direct access to a nice shopping mall. Full with restaurants and things to do. TV channels did not work and despite we called twice, they never came to fix it. "

"We were in town to visit friends, and the hotel room price was reasonable for the quality of the property. The food was excellent - especially the daily breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food items were amazing at a reasonable price. The entire staff were very attentive - the reception desk at check in and check out, the restaurant servers, and housekeeping all were excellent. "

"Nuestra estancia fue MUY placentera gracias al buen servicio de todo el staff. Iniciando con las personas de recepción Ma. José y Meztli. Pero en realidad fue muy impresionante cómo todos y cada uno de los empleados nos atendieron con un servicio que es dificil encontrar. Chofer, limpieza, cocina, qué buen trabajo. Hotel muy cómodo, desayuno de calidad y con variedad, todas las áreas sencillas pero extremadamente lumpias y agradables. Muchos restautantes alrededor y dos centeos comerciales."
