"Close to Universal and train station. Staff were amazing and helpful to us accommodating our needs such as acting on our behalf to help find a lost wallet and arranging luggage transfer. The small lobby bar was delightful with drinks and snacks. I appreciated the laundry room and that there were plenty of appliances available. "

"Well located, easy access to Dotonburi. Lovely park very close. Beds were very comfy, shower good and spotlessly clean. Ironing and washing machine rooms were a handy plus and you could monitor them from your room. Great choice."
