"This is an older quaint hotel but very clean, has AC, very large hot breakfast (optional), walking distance 15-20 mins to all the main attractions. Five min walk to the shopping district. Many restaurants walking distance. Small room but large bathroom, very nice sheets and towels, and very nice toiletries. Bed is very comfortable. Has a mini bar and snacks but no coffee/tea in the room which is the first time I see this in a 4 star hotel. Would be easy to put a kettle and tea / instant coffee packages. There is an excellent coffee shop / restaurant called Sensorio Coffee Lab about 100 m away (when you exit hotel, go left). This place gets 5 star google reviews. Coffee and chai tea, excellent sandwiches, they do brunch, desserts. It’s a real gem. We would stay at this hotel again only to be able to eat there again. The fire alarm went off for 45 mins at 6am because someone was smoking in their room. Well that got us up moving quickly. The streets of Rome were dead quiet - only 3-4 people at Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. So a blessing in disguise. The hotel has a bar, sitting area with baby grand piano, and a beautiful courtyard. The staff at the hotel were super nice especially Francisco. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it was convenient to a metro stop and the attractions of the area, there were lots of dining options very close, and it had a very nice terrace for relaxing. We would return!"

"The Condotti Boutique Hotel provided us with SUPERIOR service from check in and throughout our stay, helping with restaurant and activity suggestions, directions and reservations. The room was over the top clean, comfortable, roomy and in the perfect location. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets were a very nice treat! Upon our 10am departure, after realizing the streets of Rome were closing down for the Race for a Cure Marathon and taxi service to catch a train at termini station would not get to us, the kind and thoughtful staff formed a plan to get myself and my husband with mobility issues to the subway. Daniele escorted us through the streets, to the subway ticket counter and down the escalators and stairs to the furthest point which was allowed and so kindly directed us to the train not far away. What an amazing, kind man and group of colleagues. We are so thankful for all of them. Thank you Condotti Hotel for a perfect stay. "
