"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great, especially Ricardo and Ettore (I hope I spelled that right? He works at the front desk) everyone was very friendly, the continental breakfast was expansive and included a lot of food for 15 euros each and we actually found that we preferred the restaurant food at the hotel far more than many of the restaurants we tried in the city and it's much less expensive. The only problem we had was the king bed. It was extremely worn and I ended up having to use our air mattress for my husband because after one night, he couldn't walk and my back was in a lot of pain as well. Definitely need to upgrade the mattress but overall our stay with a family of 4 in the loft room was exceptional. The hotel was clean, the bathroom had great water pressure, it was a 2 minute walk to the Vatican entrance, lots of shopping, food and gelato nearby. "

"All the staff were very courteous and attentive. The location was very good for reaching all the major attractions in Rome. We would have preferred to have access to a bar without the need to have a meal. Tourists should be vigilant with regard to pick pockets on the metro. My wife and I nearly became prey to this but fortunately my wife was alert to the danger. Overall, we were very pleased we chose this hotel. "
