Everything was great!!!

Wow! We're on day 2 of our stay here and I just had to leave a review so I don't forget later... Lol. If there's any change after we leave in a few days, I'll update the review. This hotel is great!! The location is incredible and our room 201 overlooks the river and stunning mountains all around! Beautiful view. Very clean room. The whole hotel seems renovated, from the large wide spiral stairwell that's beautifully tiled, to the room itself with its wooden floor and beautiful bathroom...

Who are we? We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We booked the family suite with two connecting rooms, one with a double bed and a small one with 2 twins. We were looking for medium-priced accommodations. This staff is FABULOUS. Every person is warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to make us welcome. John, one of the waitstaff, is amazing. Start up a conversation with him! The hotel is older, in the old town section of Interlaken/Unterseen, close to the action, but...

Excellent location with beautiful mountain view. Easy access (by public transport) to Interlaken town. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I confess that I was originally eyeing the Victoria Jungfrau for our stay. The pricing was a deterrent plus I wanted to be on the river. Very wise decision. The Hotel Goldey was a rare find and I am so thankful that I discovered it. I will be returning. The hotel is located on the river in a very quiet part of the city with little to no night noise. The peaceful atmosphere is every travelers dream. The reception staff goes above and beyond to insure your stay is perfect. We were upgraded to Room...

We loved this hotel. It was very quaint and more like a bed and breakfast. We booked one of the smaller rooms/shared bathrooms because we wanted the less expensive price. I was worried about sharing a bathroom but in four nights that we were there, we never had one problem with that. There were two nice bathrooms for a couple of rooms to share and we never had to wait or take turns. The door locks with a key and you have total privacy for bathroom and shower. The room was small but very...

Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to the Interlaken West train terminal and downtown Interlaken. The room was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. Plenty to do nearby — I had the best chai latte of my life at the cafe across the street.

Great place to stay for a quick overnight in Interlaken prior to an early morning Jungfraujoch trip. We are a family of 4 and booked a quad family room. Great room, comfortable beds. The shower does not have a separate shower area so it was hard not to soak the whole room, but otherwise room was great. The fan was much appreciated on the hot day. We had an outstanding fondue dinner at the restaurant onsite. Great place to stay, would recommend.

Location is close to everything. You can leave your luggages at the hotel even after checking out- superb!

Hosts were friendly and it is my best experience ever in my life!

Excellent stay here, 3 minute walk from the train station. Beautiful views. The staff who I believe were the owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They go the extra mile prepping breakfast. Would recommend to any of my family members or friends.

The hotel was beautiful, offering spectacular views with windows all around, a balcony and a convenient location with a grocery store right downstairs. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and featured a modern mountain-inspired style that created a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The Coffee Bar was great! The location on the lake is amazing!

Gorgeous property that’s newly renovated and serene. Very convenient to the Grindelwald First lift and on a quieter end of town near a lovely church. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Mountain View’s were beautiful! Breakfast was great! Wonderful staff! Would love to come back again! Thank you!

Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the...

Amazing service and beautiful hotel! We loved the views from our 3 large windows with views from every angle. The included breakfast was delicious with many hot item choices as well as a buffet with various breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. I enjoyed the cappuccino and my husband loved the hot chocolate. I felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Thanks for a delightful experience!
