"From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly, helpful staff. Room was a twin room, with plenty of space. Lovely restaurant on the canal front and handy to water taxis, shops and just perfect location. Breakfast was lovely, the staff were very busy but always welcoming Travelling with friends and we all had a great stay. Thank you"

"The location is really good. About a two min walk to the train station. It’s down a narrow alley so even though you are right next to the hustle and bustle the people and noise is absent. The hotel is clean and the rooms were nice. The reason we didn’t give it 5 stars across the board was the shower. Great pressure and relatively roomy. The problem was the way the designed the shower/tub allowed water to go under the glass door and completely flood the floor. Every single time. We tried using extra towels to block the water but these attempts proved futile. We let the front desk know after our first day and upon check out. The response was tepid. As if she was acknowledging the problem without a concern about fixing the issue. If not for the shower issues I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Clean environment,helpful staff,kind and friendly ,great location,near to the train station and a lot of options food near the hotel,walkable to the monuments ,you need to order a taxi in advance for the airport transfer cost 120 euros"

"The property is well situated and close to Venice's main attractions. The only suggestions I would make for this property are to provide better pillows, add more shelf space in the bathroom, and add a shower curtain so you can control the water during a shower."

"We had worn carpet in the hallways and in our room. The carpet under the bed needed to be vacuumed and there were long hairs and dust on our bathroom."
