"The property is in a great location and the staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful old world charm and lot a of conveniences as well. Only 2 disappointments during our stay. We booked a room that said it would have a partial view of the Matterhorn which it had none. Upon asking we were told it wasn’t guaranteed and it would cost considerably more $$ to switch to a room with a view. And secondly, we made a reservation for a ride to the train station on our departure date only to find they were taking another party at our time. We were told not to worry but by the time the shuttle returned we had less than 10 minutes until our train was set to leave and we ended up missing our train by 1 minute. We had a. Long day off traveling ahead and this put a real kink in our schedule. The front desk needs a better was to track reservations for their shuttle service I"
