"Pool wasn’t very clean and the bar was dirty and smelled bad. Room was clean but there was a bug in one of the beds. Other guests were smoking marijuana in the parking lot outside our room and staff were also smoking around the property and we were told it was a smoke free property. Front desk staff were great and really helped us out when we told them we were leaving early due to listed issues. "

"I cannot read the breakfast or the amenities. I can't wait the room that smell very funny, had a roach come out of the wall next to the shower as well as a spider, if there was a dent in the class of the wall as well, the room itself was very dimly lit the entire time because there's not but the lighting. The bathroom being the biggest part of concern because the water rolls over the shower tub and down the wall to the floor and is unavoidable because the shower rod is placed too high and the tub spout was crudely sealed to the wall. "

"Staff was inattentive to our requests. Our refrigerator was not functioning. The ice maker was not working. We called the main office to ask for ice and for someone to repair it. We were told someone would be there that day to fix it but in the mean time they would bring us ice. No one ever showed up that day. We called again the next day and were told they would make sure someone came that day. Again no one showed up. We went our whole stay (4 days) with a broken ice maker and no ice. One day we went to the Starbucks in the clubhouse to ask for cups of ice and got an attitude from the worker when we asked for a couple of cups of ice. Not happy with my stay and will not be returning. Customer service is lacking at this place. "

"We stayed in a two-bedroom suite in Building 2, and it was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping came in daily for a quick tidy, made the beds, and refreshed the towels, which was a nice touch. The pool was great—perfect size for families with plenty of chairs available. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance to Target, Publix, and several other stores and restaurants. Laundry facilities were located on Levels 2 and 4 of our building. They were free to use and never busy when we needed them, which was a huge plus. My only suggestion would be regarding the weekday breakfast hours. It runs from 6:00–9:00 AM and gets quite busy. Extending it until 9:30 AM might help ease the rush a bit. On weekends, it’s open until 10:30 AM, which felt much more relaxed and enjoyable. We will be returning for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "
