"The property was nice. It would have been better if I had access to the pool area. That’s what I looked forward to the most. The king bed on the second floor was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life, that sounded like the bed would break in half at every movement. Awful. I was soft, high in the middle, low on the edges. My back hurt my entire start. Overall, the output of nice sand in a great location."

The check-in process was crazy and the people at the front desk were struggling and then forgot to call us when the property was ready and we had to go back. Also I called the front desk for help with the wifi password and they didn't know. Whatever we did due to lack of orientation, they threatened us that it couldn't be done and we had to call the police. We felt intimidated during our stay.
