"We booked a one bedroom cottage and it was in pretty rough shape. The fridge handle was completely broken off, the ice maker didn’t work, the cottage was dirty, and there was a strong smell of dog urine throughout the unit. The front desk staff was great and quickly moved us to upgraded cottage, which was much better. It still could have used a deep clean, but it was a huge improvement. We didn’t spend much time at the pool because we tried to avoid the lobby. The timeshare sales people were extremely pushy and constantly trying to get us to attend a presentation. Overall, the staff did a great job making things right, but our first impression was not good. Based on our experience, I’d avoid the one bedroom cottages. There are only two on the property, and at least one of them is in serious need of attention."

"Room was excellent and clean. We stayed on River Island and it was so easy to access the pools and lazy river. We rented a cabana and the service was excellent. I do think their garbage service could improve because while they were “on top” of emptying the garbages, the trash truck was consistently over capacity and it was kind of gross. We can’t wait to stay here again."
