"Clean newly remodeled rooms, beautiful shower. The valet service was exceptional. All staff were wonderful and helpful. Improved eating establishments, especially a 24 hr cafe not closing in mid afternoon. Food prices and specials need to be priced moderately like they are at the South Point which is your competition for myself and friends dollars."

"Out of the 4 elevators only 2 worked and that was not a constant. At one point, a security took us along with other guest to use the staff elevators. The “behind the doors” was not a looking glass I wanted to travel into. There was a window in the shower that went into the main room. There was not a microwave or coffee pot, so every guest was at Starbucks in line. Even Days Inn and La Quinta have those amenities. We never even spoke to one employee. No one greeted us or directed us to the rooms. Every communication came through Kiosk and text. The pools were packed and unclear on the use of the chairs."

Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Resorts World immensely. The wonderful lady at check-in was super personable and helpful, she treated me to an upgrade. I like how uncomplicated the parking is to the hotel. It’s not like a mile walk like most. Only downside was when there was a show at the resort and parking got hard to find. Another thing was how crazy the elevator would get, but that’s to be expected at a resort in LV. Other than that, it was great! The pool was nice, I like the multiple choices for food options and the resort was updated and clean. The room was just the right size for us and I very much liked the bathroom. The water pressure was excellent! Would stay again whenever I come back!"

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino

"My wife loved how clean the hotel was but the downside to it is that you have to go thru the casino to get to your room and the front desk wherein smoking was allowed at the casino. I’ve been to casinos wherein they do not allow smoking and vaping and it has never affected their business because gamblers will always come. Hopefully you reconsider this aspect that smoking and vaping will only be allowed in assigned areas outside the property. It won’t be just excellent but truly also live up to your posted standard that you address the welfare of youth and non-smoking guests plus your staff’s health as well inside your property."

"The room had no frig or coffee maker. The two ice machines in the office did not work. The room came with a single towel. The AC unit had missing grills. We paid a premium because of the BTS concert nearby - over $300/night but this room, blocks from the Strip could (should) have been in any poor neighborhood in the country. We won't be back to Motel 6. JIm Hall"

"The only issue that I have was hot water. I realized that If I take showers after 9, water will take time until gets warm, not hot. During the day, was ok. Was uncomfortable. Thanks!"

"It was multiple days. I requested my room to be clean for the day and was not about time. I got back to the room. 4-5 hrs later"
