"We Don't like Las Vegs hotels because they don't even provide coffee in the room. We were told after this remodel and merging with Hyatt there was coffee in rooms but none was available in room. Again had to go all the way down stairs to a Starbucks, another place we don't waste money on."

"Automated voice on phone when calling the front desk or housekeeping, never actually spoke to a real person. ‘Rita’ stated pool was closed for the season and didn’t have a date for when it would open and it was actually open. We couldn’t see the pool from our room so we didn’t know until we left. Very disappointing and frustrating. Checking in and out, it’s all kiosk, not actually talking to a person. No luggage carts or clear signage of anything. "

"Really great property and an excellent value for the price. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Just a couple things to be aware of— the blackout curtains in the bedroom don’t fully block out the light, so the room gets pretty bright in the morning. Also, the walls and doors are a bit thin; the connecting room door doesn’t offer much soundproofing, you can hear people in the hallway through the front door, and noise from the pool area carries into the room as well. Aside from that, everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful and well worth the stay."
