"One night stay on our way home from the big island. Resort was modern, extremely clean and the rooms were comfortable. Many of the employees were extremely helpful (especially Sam (?) in the concierge for booking excursions. Pool was busy but didnt have troubles with finding a chair. Great location, walkable to shops & good."

"The best part of this property was the staff and the comfort of the bed. I am very picky about what I sleep on and this bed was a ten! Staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Dom at the front desk made me feel right at home and he was very attentive. He always remembered me by name. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been in. The only down side was the coffee bar. Very slow and even if you called ahead, you waited in line like you never ordered ahead. "
"It was an easy check in and check out. They were very accommodating with my old pups and got us a room by the elevator. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The parking is off site which makes it a tad inconvenient but it’s doable since you are only paying $20 dollars a night and every other hotel is almost $50 a night to park."
