There was at one point we were being racially profile, once we informed the manager she stated that she would deal with the situation. Have no idea of the outcome. We are not going to make that incident cloud our judgment. We/I will return. Wi-Fi signal was good."

"I travelled down from London booked a executive suite it was large and very spacious Amenities in the room are very good shampoo body wash lotion all available and good quality I enjoyed my stay Just feel for one night maybe a little overpriced but overall will definitely come again Disappointed because of the parking had booked through Expedia and thought I had reserved parking but upon arrival told was no parking available as fully booked so just for future call in advance and reserve your parking space "

"Very friendly staff and excellent facilities. Great to have the pool available from early morning. Only downside was the restaurant’s bizarre ‘policy’ (apparently the chef’s decision) of trying to charge £3.50 for substituting couscous with mashed potato. According to the receptionist the following day, this has now been stopped, but unfortunately too late to avoid a sour taste at the time of the meal. But well done to the waitress for taking note of our concerns and passing them on to management "
