"Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away. Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. Housekeeping should also be mentioned. Everything was spotless, and it was a pleasure to have daily cleaning in the room, as this practice has been diminished at many hotels. I did notice that most guests were my age or older, and wonder if Rezydent Hotel is classified as a "pensioners" hotel, not that it matters. Like me, I assume other guests were attracted by bargain rates."

"Nice parkside location next to tram lines. Airport express bus #300 ($1.20 US when I used it) was 25 min and located a block away. Everything in Krakow is walkable from here or you can hop on a tram. Hotel was quiet. Castle was a short stroll away. "

"Great value hotel in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes from walk from the main square. Breakfast was really good, we didn’t have it included but were able to get a discount for staying in the hotel. Rooms were spacious, didn’t use the kitchen facilities but all seemed good.
