"Room was as described and all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating even when we had to get a room last minute due to a flight cancellation they had it ready within minutes as well as let us check in early. "We booked this room for our overseas trip to London. Upon arriving and looking for our entry code to the door, we realized that the hosts never sent any codes OR working contact information. Despite numerous phone calls, messages, and reaching out to Expedia, we never received any communication from the hosts, resulting in us having to scramble to find a place to stay at 11pm. This absolutely was a scam and I would not recommend staying here or this host. "
